This notice explains how Taco Mongo uses information provided through online ordering, customer accounts, rewards, and promotional signup.

Information collected

We may collect your name, email address, phone number, account password hash, marketing preference, order details, rewards activity, and technical records needed to protect the service. Payment card information is handled by Stripe and is not stored in Taco Mongo’s customer files.

How information is used

Information is used to process orders, operate customer accounts, calculate rewards, provide support, prevent abuse, maintain business records, and send promotional email only when you have opted in.

Email choices

Promotional messages include an unsubscribe link. Account holders can also change their preference under Profile & preferences.

Data storage and access

Customer records are stored in protected server-side files outside the public website directory. Access is limited to authorized Taco Mongo administrators and service providers needed to operate the system.
