Mon-Go Rewards terms

The rewards program is free and intended for individual Taco Mongo customers.

Earning points

Members currently earn 1 point for each eligible food dollar after discounts. Taxes, tips, refunded amounts, and canceled orders do not earn points. Points post only after payment is confirmed.

Redeeming points

Each point currently provides $0.05 in food-order value. The minimum redemption is 50 points, and redemption may be limited to 50% of the eligible food subtotal. Points cannot be redeemed for cash, tax, tips, or gift-card value.

Adjustments

Taco Mongo may correct point errors, reverse points tied to canceled or refunded orders, change future earning or redemption rules, suspend abuse, or end the program. Existing balances have no cash value.
